Upon appointment we make ourselves familiar with your property. We can prepare the property for rental and produce a ‘Home Owners’ manual of guidance for operating and maintaining the property. We assess and facilitate measures required to meet statutory requirements for letting. We consider it vital to meet our client and the tenant as they are an integral part of the package. In the long term tenant satisfaction is paramount to the smooth running of any tenancy. In our experience longer tenancies and fewer vacant periods occur when a property is well managed. Our Management Service includes regular visits to your property to assess condition and pick up on any potential issues such as blocked gutters or a temperamental boiler before they amount to something more serious. When retained for provision of management services ROC will provide support and quick response to issues.
